SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
Shipping Time:
Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations in the rest of the world.
International Customs Fees
All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are on your own responsibility. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. We are not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused by a customer due to customs fees, the parcel will be held and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. We are not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status of your order.
GTRONIC is NOT responsible for delivered packages left at front door or friend/Family signed for it.
GTRONIC® is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge
GTRONIC® is not liable if an order is detained by customs in your country, the responsibility usually lies with the customer. Customers are typically accountable for addressing such situations, which may involve providing necessary documentation, paying any fines or fees, and complying with customs regulations
Due to the influence of COVID-19 and the policy restrictions of various countries, there will be a big delay in all express deliveries, and the logistics cannot guarantee the time limit completely.
Processing time:2-7 business days shipping time:7-15 business days USA only, for other countries it may vary.
Please note that Cases with logos can take up to 45 day in shipping time.
We accept payments via all major credit & debit cards, via Apple Pay and PayPal. If you’re having problems checking out from our store, just send us a note at sales@usgtronic.com, and we’ll get it sorted out for you as soon as we can.
Our entire online store includes an SSL certificate that uses 128-bit encryption technology; the same level of encryption used by large banks to protect information you provide. In English, it means you can shop with complete peace of mind. Also, we don't store your credit card info anywhere on our backend. You're fully safe in this regard.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, and you want us to reship it, a new shipping fee will have to be paid by the customer.
